TAG Heuer Monza

The Monza was born in 1976, created by Jack Heuer to celebrate Niki Lauda's 1975 Formula 1 World Championship with Ferrari, and named for the fastest circuit in the sport. Nearly called the Modena, it took instead the name of the track where the title was sealed.

One of the first black-coated watches of its era, the Monza has been reissued only rarely since, and each return, like the carbon-cased Flyback Chronometer, is an event for collectors.
