The Hermès Cut is the house's newest watch language, launched in 2024: a round dial cut into a cushion shaped case, with the crown set unexpectedly at 1:30. It reads as sporty and jewel like at once, machined in steel and precious metal with integrated bracelets and interchangeable rubber straps.

It arrived as Hermès's statement watch for women and quickly became one of the most talked about launches in contemporary watchmaking.
