Shipping policy
Delivery
Picot & Moss offers free shipping to anywhere in South Africa for all orders over R15,000. For orders below R15,000, a flat delivery fee of R250 applies. Shipping is available within South Africa only, excluding rural areas. Where delivery is not possible to your area, you can collect from one of our boutiques.
All orders are shipped via reputable national courier services. Once your parcel has been scanned into the courier's depot, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Dispatch times
Most items in stock are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Select items qualify for our 1 Day Dispatch service and are packed and handed to the courier within 1 business day of cleared payment. If your order contains a mix of 1 Day Dispatch and standard items, the full order dispatches together within the standard 2 to 5 business day window.
Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available at Sandton City (Johannesburg), V&A Waterfront (Cape Town), and Gateway (Durban). Select "Pickup in Store" at checkout and provide your contact details — the boutique will contact you once your order is ready. Risk in the goods passes to you upon collection.
