Maison Messika unveils the second opus of its Midnight Sun High Jewellery collection, where the magic of the night meets the first light of dawn. Artistic Director Valérie Messika draws inspiration from the final moments before sunrise, creating a striking contrast between light and darkness. This collection plays with chiaroscuro, presenting designs that blend golds in mesmerising opposition.
At the heart of this collection are diamond bubbles, featured in an exceptional snow setting, which illuminate the pieces with an enigmatic yet brilliant glow. Showcased by Natalia Vodianova and Lucien Laviscount, the designs embody Maison Messika’s mastery of light, contrast, and high jewellery craftsmanship.
White Midnight Sun leads the collection with over 2,400 meticulously set diamonds. A 3.55-carat pear-shaped diamond takes centre stage, framed by snow-set diamonds in a dazzling yellow gold bezel. This collection also includes a sculptural ear cuff, all embodying avant-garde innovation with nearly 300 hours of craftsmanship.
Lunar Diva, a reinterpretation of the Solar Diva, embraces all-white gold to create a celestial masterpiece. Its emerald-cut puzzle diamond sits proudly at the heart of this snow-set diamond collar, with over 700 stones illuminating this intricate design.
Diamond Frequencies channels the rhythm of light with an opulent, multi-row choker and cuff bracelet. Valérie Messika introduces a transformable tie necklace, featuring a detachable pendant, showcasing the Maison’s technical expertise and fluidity.
From the Hypnotic Scale’s riviere necklace, with cascading pear-shaped diamonds, to the retro-chic extravagance of Groove, this collection embodies the duality of day and night. Bold, innovative, and utterly luxurious, Midnight Sun Opus II redefines high jewellery with electrifying allure.
